A two-bedroom cottage near Puget Sound.
No website.
No Instagram.
No email list.
Just an Airbnb listing sitting quietly while the world scrolled past it.
In the summer of 2025, the client dropped serious money on a sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and red light therapy.
Overnight, this little cottage near the water became something different. It became a wellness retreat.

Champagne got popped and everything.
A couple days later, booking number two landed. Then the momentum started to build like a snowball rolling downhill.
Fast forward to now, writing this in February, and most weekends through April are already booked.
Followers are climbing into the thousands.
And here is the number that makes it all click: with just 2,786 dollars in ad spend, this cottage generated 7,107 dollars in direct booking revenue.
That is a 2.55 return on ad spend.
How many times would you swap one dollar for two dollars and fifty-five cents?
All the times.
The coolest part is that bookings are now predictable. We're charge more per night than last year and people are still booking.
